Ilan Raanan, Co-director, is personally and directly involved in all projects under our development.

Ilan Raanan has served for 27 years in the Israeli Secret Service in both field and upper-management positions, and has retired as deputy of a department in the Service. Ilan Raanan has an MBA degree in business administration, his specialty is implementing intelligence principles, which he has acquired during his career, into the business world, by identifying and preventing malicious intentions. Business experience: founding and managing a unit for detecting fraud and malicious intentions in a multinational company in Brazil which has exposed numerous cases of embezzlement valued at millions of reais. In the last years Ilan Raanan has worked in Brazil in the fields of business ethics, counterintelligence and security strategies, as well as investigating cases of fraud.   We also have the partnership of several specialists in a consulting basis, whose knowledge and expertise complement our projects whenever necessary:

Avi Dvir, Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces, has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology), PGd in software engineering from the Tel Aviv college of administartion, MBA from Edinburgh Business School and MSc in Data Communication Systems from Brunell University (London). Was the consul for economic affairs of the state of Israel in Brazil and director in some mutinational companies that act in the field of telecommunication and electronic security. Currently is the co-founder and director of Ormax Tecnologia em Segurança LTDA, a leading Brazilian company in the field of inteligence, counterespionage and data security. www.ormax.co.br Shaul Abir is a psychologist with over 23 years of experience in management, development and implementation of projects in the areas of security, sthics, training and human resources worldwide. He is a partner of ProsetsBrasil and handles ethics projects. Raphael Malka, general manager of Shafran Ltd., has served, among other capacities, as the head of Israeli Secret Service’s Operations and Logistics division, as well  as having managed all of the Service’s operations in Europe. In the five years prior to joining EUREKA, he was the head of the financial sector in a leading information security company in Israel, working with the Israeli National Information Security governments, leading banks and credit card companies providing information security consulting services  assisting clients with developing and implementing world class best practice security solutions money transfer systems, ATM, E-banking and more.
