The Integrity Test was developed in Israel to fulfill a need manifested by corporations and governments alike, who were looking for a tool capable of preventing theft and internal frauds. Today, the Integrity Test is available online and consists of sophisticated questions, which measures not only direct responses, but also several other secondary parameters – which are analyzed by the computer to form the final scores. It can be used as a Selection Tool – avoiding the entrance of bad intentioned or ill tendencied candidates into the corporation – or to create the ethical profile of current employees, helping the company to identify problematic individuals or areas.
